Description: 
Mr. Harold Cashman graduated from Western Washington University with a Masters degree in Geology and has worked as a geologist/environmental consultant since 1991. He is a professional geologist/hydrogeologist registered with Washington State (License #341). He has performed a variety of project work including environmental site assessments, closure of RCRA regulated surface impoundments, delineation of dissolved hydrocarbon plumes, and preparation of MTCA Independent Remedial Action Reports. In performing his RCRA/MTCA project work, he has closely interacted with federal and state regulatory agencies. He has completed 40 hours of Hazardous Waste and Emergency Response Training in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.120 and is a registered Washington State Underground Storage Tank Site Assessor.
