Mr. Eric Libolt graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelors degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering. He provides field investigation oversight including soil excavation, documentation and the installation and sampling of groundwater monitoring wells. He specializes in Title V Air Compliance, and currently manages Leak Detection and Repair programs at several industrial facilities. He has completed 40 hours of Hazardous Waste and Emergency Response Training in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.120 and is a registered Washington State Underground Storage Tank Site Assessor and Certified Erosion and Sediment Control Lead. He is also a certified AHERA building inspector.
