Mr. David Westerlund consults with clients to assist them in compliance with the Industrial Stormwater General Permit. He performs stormwater monitoring, conducts stormwater training, and has prepared numerous Stormwater Pollution and Prevention Plans. He also conducts BWON sampling at two local refineries.
