Phase I ESA - Bellingham, Washington

conducted a Phase I ESA in general conformance with the scope and limitations of ASTM Designation E 1527-00 for a property located in the Lake Whatcom watershed in Whatcom County, Washington. The property has been undeveloped woodland since at least 1943. Adjacent lands have historically been undeveloped woodland and residential properties. The site reconnaissance, interview with the site representative, and records review indicated that the site has never been used as a treatment, storage, or disposal facility for wastes. There has been extensive trash dumping on the properties to the north that may have caused recognized environmental conditions on those properties. However, the subject property is located up-slope and up-gradient of the extensive trash dumping and appears to be unaffected.

This Phase I ESA documented no recognized environmental conditions associated with the subject property.
