Whatcom Environmental Services, Inc. provides a wide range of environmental site assessment and remediation consulting services to commercial, industrial, and municipal clients in the Northern Puget Sound Region. The Company was founded in 1997 and is owned and operated by Mr. Harold Cashman and Mr. Eric Libolt. WES currently employs five full-time staff members, Mr. Thomas Davis, Ms. Karla Jones, Mr. David Westerlund, Ms. Alicia Martinez, and Mr. Evan Cooper.
