commercial, industrial, and municipal clients in the Northern Puget Sound
Region. The Company was founded in 1997 and is owned and operated by Mr. Harold
Cashman and Mr. Eric Libolt. WES currently employs five full-time staff members,
Mr. Thomas Davis, Ms. Karla Jones, Mr. David Westerlund, Ms. Alicia Martinez,
and Mr. Evan Cooper.

Lead based paint (LBP) sampling of structures

environmental due diligence requirements for the sale and transfer of commercial
properties. WES specializes in the collection of appropriate and
defensible soil and groundwater data, and follows strict chain-of-custody
protocols during the collection, storage, and shipment of samples.
